Who Knew??

My three little children are sweet, kind, caring and thoughtful, but very very hard to take pictures of!  A few weeks before Christmas I attempted to take the perfect Christmas card pictures of our three wonderful children. . .this was not an easy task. . .who knew?  Here are a few I had to choose from.

                              

This last picture actually was one of the better ones. . .maybe it will be the one.
Lesson learned, next year start trying for a Christmas card picture before December!

Surgery

The day finally arrived. I think I have been dreading this day for. . .well, it feels like forever! Ben needed to have a little Dermoid Cyst removed from above his eye. He was fine, I was a nervous wreak. Nervous about putting him under especially. This first picture is of the doctor. Great doctor!

Back in mama's arms! Can I tell you how relieved I was for this moment?! He did wonderful. Not a single glitch. He was happy and sweet the whole time. What an answer to prayers.

 

Here is sweet little Ben ready to go home.  You can kind of see the little place where they removed the cyst above his eye.  The doctor did not even put stitches in just a little dermabond. 

He is doing great tonight and is actually in the bed sleeping.  Hopefully our night will be uneventful.
